I have sent various emails (7 in the last 2 months), various call. I never receive a reply from Sibu.
Even after getting reference numbers for messages left, he still have the audacity to make a note on the system that he does not understand why he should reply to my mail or phone me back.
I have complained and their manager/supervisor would have contacted me... I am still waiting, it's been a week!
Is this the kind of service I should now expect from Outsurance?
Can someone, with a clue of customer service, please contact me.
