Poor service

My car was involved in an accident on the 5th of July. The third party was at fault and is insured with Outsurance, he said his insurance will contact me. Somebody from Outsurance contacted me on the 8th and requested some documents which I sent to them, Phumulelo is the one handling my claim. I kept contacting him and he arranged for my car to be assessed on the 13th July. I took the car for an assessment on the 13th and contacted him on the 15th and he said it will take a week for them to get the results. I asked him to contact me as soon as they have the results and he said they don't call Thirdparty so I should keep on calling them for update. Indeed I called on Friday the 20th and he said they did receive the results and it will take about 10 days to approve, he said I should call on the 8th of August which I did and he told me his manager Ermo hasn't approved the claim. I asked how long is this going to take as the promised day has passed and he gave me an attitude, I then asked to speak to the manager and he gave me Ermo's number which I have been calling and leaving messages. I have so many reference numbers for the manager to call me but he hasn't. Somebody please help!
