Unfortunatly my vehicle was involved in an accident, i oped up a claim and outsurance considered my vehicle a rightoff..
I contacted Outsurance on Monday to open my Claim, i was advised that someone from outsurance would contact me on tuesday morning. still nothing. i had to contact them.
again in the afternoon an employee by the name of Rethabile then advised she will be assisting me, she requested documents from me. yesturday i contacted the employee and she was out of the office, i would assume her emails came to a stand still she she returns. i sent email after email and till now still no reply.
I have the documents requested and sent emails this morning, and still no reply.. definatly not good service.
next i get a call from FNB that they would like to collect my vehicle, i am clueless no one explained whats going to happen or how this procedure will work.
I am with wesbank and outsurance and now FNB calls me for collection??? what the is going on???
i then left an email on the outsurance website for someone to contact me, and still nothing.../
I am so confused as how this works, or what the procedure is.
