My car went in for repairs in March 2013, finally got it back in June after long fights with A&G and Silverstar. When I got it, the bonnet shock, driver's window smash & grab tint and driver's door paint were damaged. I raised these immediately with the insurance and Silverstar & was told they will be fixed as soon as approval from insurance was obtained. After a number of follow ups, I was told they got approval they will send their person to install a new shock and fix the window tint which never happened until today. I lost count of the calls I made to this company to be told Cherise will call me back and never did until my next follow up. When I spoke to Cherise on 11/09/2013 she sounded surprised that my car was still not sorted, which is a surprise to me too as no one made a follow up. She promised that their driver will come out and get my car today 12/09/2013 so they can fix and see the kind of paint damage I am complaining about. I asked if I would get a courtesy car should they keep my car for more than a day, to which I got no certain answer. Up until now no driver has called me & as usual Cherise is busy on the phone I could not speak to her/workshop manager. Pls HELP
