Damage to tinting (smash &grab) during repairs

My vehicle went in for repairs round about Feb this year at Mosselbay P/B. It was sent back due to poor workmanship as the paint they sprayed on my car door was chipping off. There was a small sticker that had been stuck on my left rear passengers triangle window, it was removed before the vehicle went to Mosselbay Panelbeaters and a small amount of glue from the sticker remained on the tinting which I didnt clean off as I knew that it would damage the smash and grab. When my car was returned to me i didnt notice the damage as the window wasnt part of the repairs, but I soon reported it to the Assessor. It looks like the P/B had tried to clean the glue off with a spirits or meths and had damaged the tinting. I have taken 3 photos and sent them to the assessor, sent him an sms requesting the proof of inspection before repairs as the p/b claims that the tinting was like that upon receipt. I have also called Outsurance and was told I will get feedback soon. This has almost been a month since I first reported it. I am fed up. I worked in the insurance industry for 5 years, I know that insurance is supposed to put you in the same position as before, not worse.
I want this sorted asap!
