I have mailed many times with no response, Auto and General (Telesure) are flat out ignoring me. My car was involved in an accident for which I was insured. The repair is authorized and still pending as I have demanded that the insurer repair the car with my panel beater of choice. Bradley in the claims department has refused this however the assessor Peter said this wouldnt be a problem when I took the car in for an asssment. I have subsequently cancelled my insurance with Auto and General so the car is no longer insured with you however the claim is still viable as it was created and authorized during the period of insurance. My claim number is 556808934 03. If I cannot have the car repaired with my own panel beater at the same quote cost and excess, then I demand a cash in lieu payment as the car is no longer insured with you and therfore places you at no risk. I think its pathetic how insurance companies take your money and then as soon as you claim they offer such pathetic service
