I have made numerous requests to FNB regarding a debt which I have been settling via ITC Business Administrators and my mails are sent to a lady by the name of Joyce Van der Heerver ( [Email Removed] ) and up until now, I have pleaded for correspondence and updates on my account but no one gets back to me and this has gone for over six months. I would like to name and shame both entities and they work hand in hand and would like to vent my utter disgust on the bank which has a slogan which entails " How can we help you? "
