When I bought my car, I looked for insurance. I then got a quote with Attooh Insurance. They told me that I qualify for a cheaper quote because I was buying a second car and still insuring with them. Excited to hear the news I accepted. Now I was told that I will pay an amount lower than R700. Come deduction day, and amount of R956 was deducted. I tried calling them about the issue but was told that they will get back to me as soon as possible. This was 5 days ago. Unacceptable service.
