Incorrect Debit

I recently joined Essential Med on a plan that costs R605.00 per month for the 1st month i was debited R605.00 and recently Im being debited R697.00. This has occured without any notification. My friend joined the medical aid at the same time as me on the same plan and she is still being debited R605.00. further to this when i intially joined it took then 2 months to send me a welcome pack. if this is not pathetic customer service i dont know what is
