Good day

I currently have vehicle finance with Wesbank and I wanted to phone them regarding a query I had, using the number I found on the internet (0861 288 272) and after 15 minutes of just holding on as soon as I got to an agent they gave me another number to phone! thats ridiculous I dont have time or airtime to phone around all day. Terrible service!
