Good day previously I logged a complaint regarding the payments of my house as the debit order switching were done, this has been resolved thanks. However the premium has changed this was paid and as I promised at month end now on the 8th of January 2014 a lady phones me you short R10 rand at first I had no problem until I heard she is from the collections department so I paid on the 9th the R10 difference so she tells me this will be the new instalment I received a call today at 13:00 the 4th January 2014 from the collections department it now has escalated yet another R600 so I asked her why was this not properly communicated to me via mail E-mail, sms etc. she exclaimed she does not do that and when will the arrears be paid. Absa advertises how wonderful they are but they have no client service I tried buying a new house and these calls effects my credit score this is pathetic!
