I went to the Hub with a friend, as I was moving around the shop viewing, I found myself on the cosmetic department which happens to be Charlotte's. She welcomed me with a nice smile and asked me what was I interested in. I told her I have a problem with choosing the colour for my foundation. She asked me what was I using then I told her. Then she showed me what I must use and the right brands and the reasonable prices. She then asked to show me by doing my face. Boy was I beautiful after the make over. My friend saw me and she was very surprised and excited so much that she asked Charlotte to do her face too. And she agreed without hesitation. In the process she advised us on what to use and what not. We came out of that shop looking like models from Vogue magazine and very educated indeed. Charlotte is the best consultant I know from all the shops I have been into. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LALA (as she likes to say), I AM PROUD TO BE YOU CLIENT!
