So I decide to leave my previous insurance for Momentum its only been a month and I'm fed up, No welcome package was sent to me, no information was sent regarding me joining the insurance, I mean NOTHING but when it comes to money they the 1st to deduct it from my account, .
When I called and asked where do I take my car for inspection or to send me information regarding my policy, the call centre agent couldn't answer my questions. all he could say was "the sales person is responsible for that"
I don't know how these people work but making a client fell like they don't know anything about their car insurance is not how things are done. Id rather go back to First For Woman and pay a hefty amount knowing that ill be taken care of there, than being with an insurance with low costs and a horrible service.
