After dealing with my advisor Hettie Thompson (SPF Advisory Services FSP no 41158) I filled in a smoking declaration form (because I am no longer a smoker) to decrease my monthly deduction on my life insurance policy. I have all the emails and correspondence from Hettie, to inform me that she will look into the matter. This is now going on for 4month's. The last response I got from her was to inform me that it will be easier to reverse the money directly from my bank. I am glad she thinks it easier, it's costing air time from my cell and to do this every month??? Why can't they just change the correct amount from their side!! I am very disgusted with the service and would like feed back asap and also I would like a new advisor because quit frankly Hettie doesn't care and I am talking about my life policy here!!! I will take this matter further if I must.
