About 3 weeks ago I inquired something about my pension fund claim (to find out if they need me to submit any other documents). I spoke to a lot of people in different departments and eventually ended up speaking to Hettie. My claim was not processed nor was it submitted (by my previous employer) so it ended up being delayed. I explained the situation to Hettie and she took upon herself to direct the query to the relevant people dealing with claims. In less then a month my claim paid out because she was quick and efficient. Hettie is a reliable asset to FNB and truly hope she is recognised for her remarkable effort. Hettie you are impecable!!!
