I bought what I thought was dark blue sapphire earrings. It turned out to be completely black, opaque earrings but the seller (Hettie from Nixies) refuses to admit she misrepresented the item. Hettie even had the audacity to tell BOB that I was refunded.
Obviously I immediately appealed against this SNC, telling BOB I was not refunded, as well as emailed their customer service explaining what happened. Hettie (obviously) refuted everything I said and BOB just decided to believe her, after I offered numerous times to drop the item off at their offices so that they can see for themselves.
Now I got an email saying that the SNC was granted to the seller and I was supposedly refunded. Nothing is further from the truth, I was certainly not refunded nor was I listened to.
You are believing the sellers blatant and refusing to even hear what I have to say. I have spent easily over R30 000 over the last 3 years with you, perhaps it is time to take my money elsewhere.
