Withdraw money from my cheque account

My husband made arrangement with the bank to pay the outstanding amount to our home loan at end of February 2014, we've already paid R3000.00 to them on the outstanding amount.

They've deducted an amount of R6, 755 from my cheque account without my consent and the money does not belong to me!

I was supposed to made a payment for my sister and notice that the bank took the money, WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
