I got an email from Ulyssia last week confirming that my claims will be paid on the 29th January, its now the 4th February. Still no monies have been received once again promises made nothing delivered as usual, this is fast becoming the norm for essential med, as a result I have opted to cancel my policy, I want nothing to do with essential med, I have been promised that my premiums which I sent 2 months ago will be paid, I send emails as usual no one replies, I post queries on facebook its just ignored, my complaint I am logging now is probably going to go to deaf ears, does essential med have any intentions of paying these outstanding claims or could they care less cause I have now cancelled, its is beginning to look like the latter. Be upfront and honest, don't ignore my queries and complaints, atleast then I will know where I stand and I can take the relevant recourse from thereon.
