It's not nice to pay for the legal plan and when you need help the is no one to help you, I called Hollard on the23/08/2013 to get a help but I waited for long on the phone, I did tell the person who answered the phone that I'm in the court and I needed an advice but she said she can't help me because the is no one who can help me, I really don't know why the tell that you can't get help anytime but when you have a problem they can and I called again the same day and they said they'll call and again they called back after a long time and the was a miss call and I called them back and they said they call me back before end of the day but they didn't, I don't what kind of a service is this?
