I have vehicle finance with ford credit, I used to receive statements monthly via post, then I stopped receiving statements, after a month or 2 I called Ford Credit, they checked all my details which were all correct. They emailed me the missing statements. A month or 2 went by again and i didnt receive the statements again, once again I called them, they forwarded me the missing statements. And now yet again I havent received statements for a couple of months. It rediculous that I have to call everytime for my monthly statement. I have no issue in receiving it via email rather than post but I want to receive my statements. Everytime I call the call centre they check all my details on the system and they are all correct. Why am I still not receiving my statements then??? Its also incredible in this day and age that Ford Credit has no email / fax contact details, everything is via the call centre. I want my statement issue sorted out ASAP!!!
