Poor Service When Trying To Open New Account

FNB advertise that they can register your new business at CIPC within a few short days along with your new bank account.

Firstly, I have tried for the past month to try get this done, yet to no success! They do not get back to you, they do not keep you updated, they dont communicate and they offer NO service.

I have had excellent service from FNB previously, yet they seem to have dropped the ball on quality and focused on quantity!

Secondly, they dont tell you that they not really interested in you as a new client, rather just get you in and once your foot is in the door, they dont care to look after you.

They should stop wasting their money on advertising making promises they cant fullfil. I am a new small business trying to get going but I am now totally hampered by this experience as I am now tied into FNB but unable to do anything as I dont yet have a bank account!

Their communication is also a disgrace. The call centre doesnt know what is going on. They also don't tell you where you are in the process.

This experience has left a shocking taste in my mouth, from being a big promoter of FNB, I would not recommend anyone to FNB.
