FNB DOESNT VALUE GOOD CLIENTS

I have been with FNB for along time. I currently bank R150000.00 per a week which i think intitles me to being a good client. I have a platium account aswell as a PRIVATE CHEQUE ACCOUNT.I have 2 loans with FNB which is up to date. Roughly i deposit about R600000 a month in my account and i apply for a R475 a month device and i was declined saying i dont meet the NCR regulation.

That is terrible service clearly my bank account alone will show i can offord a device or 10 if must say.

I am utterly disappointed and after this experience i am really looking at moving over to a alternate bank who can really build a relationship with me and my money because FNB doesnt give a dam about their clients.
