Bad Customer Service

I have been trying to get hold of Oakhurst to submit a claim for the past 36hours. My contact person Elvira Coetztee never seems to wanna return my calls, I have left messages with her colleagues for her to call me back and she hasn't. When ever i do manage to get hold of her she tells me she will call me back in 10min and never does. What kind of an insurance company do you call at 9am to submit a claim and get told that they will call you back after 3pm, and worse of never do. I tried calling them from the accident scene with no success and ended up having to make plans to get my car towed. This is the worst service from an insurance company.
