Dear FNB Manager,
I never imagined that I will be writing this letter but I must say your bank services are the poorest in South Africa. I have never experienced such a confuse service and disjointed communication in my life. I wrote a mail requesting for certain facilities (OD, Car purchase and home loans etc). I got a reply that said I was in difficult with the bank of which I paid the amount 7 months ago. I received a notification from the bank after much hassle and was promised a final letter from the lawyers. It has been 3 months now and FNB Claremont Manager has not still sent me this letter.
I received an email from the Manager that an OD limit was approved and I must come and sign for it. When I went there; I submitted the forms; I was again told by Fadiel that he the letter was just a temporal approval and my request was declined.
I want the clearance letter from the bank handed to me with immediate effect before I take this matter with my lawyers. I have decided to open a new account with Nedbank and I want all my information switched to Nedbank and I want your total corporation.
If FNB does not recruit competent and customer focus client you will loose more clients.
