Discovery refuses to provide written confirmation

I recently updated My beneficiaries and asked for confirmation in writing in the form of a letter. they refuse to provide this. Surely a huge organisation as Discovery can do this. They keep referring me to the web. What use is the web when i am not around... All i want is a letter for my record keeping and peace of mind.
