I need to warn everyone reading this about Discovery and the way they customers funds & monies.

At the end of October 2013 I cancelled all my Discovery invest policies as well as my Medical Aid. The reason for this was that Discovery cannot provide what they claim and other financial service providers can provide much better products at a lot less cost.

My notice to Discovery was in writing and I gave them more than a month notice. Subsequently the last premium was deducted at the end of November. All my premiums added up together accumulated to just over R 4000.

Then all of a sudden Discovery decided to deduct more than R 8000 from my account without any authorisation and without any notice to me! People please be aware of the Discovery, this will be reported to the SAPS on Friday 03 January 2014 and a case of will be opened against Discovery.
