I called the head office on the 15th January 2014 on 0860 445 445 to enquire about my remaining balance, the lady told me that I had so much left and then I asked her when the last instalment date would be and she said that she will send a request to another department and she will get back to me within two days. Now on the 3rd of February 2014 I ask her for the date she tells me that we cannot communicate by emails and that I must call again. It takes a lot of time before that phone is answered and then there's a security check. Who is supposed to do the calling now? Why didn't she just put me straight to the person who was goanna tell me the date? Why must I spend another R57 service fee trying to get a date?
