Like a good and loyal client, I phone Capitec to change my date of debit order as I have changed employment.
The woman tells me that I need a payslip?? So I have to wait till the debit is returned unsuccesful before I can do anything about it because you receive your payslip on date of payment.
She carries on by saying yes and I will be handed over if it does bounce.
All the other debit order date changes at other institutions were EFFORTLESS!!!
