I have lost all patience with the above Company. They will keep on calling that we are 1 payment behind on our Citroen C2. But not one person can tell me for what Month. So I have called the call centre again on the 22nd of January 2014 I spoke to Precouis she says the car was not paid for August 2013 I have made a eft-payment on the 31st of July 2013. She said I have to phone Simson (011) 879-9158 he said to me the car is not paid for December 2013 the debit order was through on the 07/12/2013 then he mentioned to me the car was paid on the 04/11/2013 and it shows no payment because it was before the 7th and I have to give him 3 days to get back to me. On Saturday they took a amount of R1 900.00 and R1 500.00 without coming back to me. I have mentioned to Louis Mokoni that the account is only for MFC and my Medical Aid, I have a returned debit order on my Medical. Not one of the above can tell me for what Month this is and then in 2011/2012 me and my husband where both RETRENCHED there was nothing mentioned about a RETRENCHMENT policy this people take me for a fool to tell me I have to take that up with the Dealer i bought the car from! The Dealer did not phone me for payment!!
