I have made arrangements with this company to pay off my account in full, the attitude received from them is they contacted me which was untrue from the beginning contacted them yet they want to add interest on my account. I received an sms informing me that another amount is due after a settlement amount was given and an arrangement made I called them again and asked what the sms was for I was told to ignore this. I had the agent read to me again what the arrangement is and she confirmed that on the 27th the full amount will be debited.this morning I receive an sms from my bank with regards to debit orders that went off I again contacted them and was told that unfortunately there is nothing no can do I should wait for more debit orders to be taken off and then call them back. This is unfair in the meantime will incurr more costs and all they can do and say is sorry we will debit u 4 times and u just have to wait till it reflects and then complain. Very disgruntled
