Taking money out of my account without my consent

Standard bank has been my preferred bank for 20 years.
I have now had enough of trying to rectify my recurring problem i have encountered since Standard Bank asked me to collect my new Debit Card from Clearwater Branch last year June.
On Friday 31st January 2014, i tried getting into Internet Banking. Couldn't, tried drawing money. Couldn't. This forced me to cancel my meetings, rush to the nearest branch at Flora Centre and try to resolve this issue,
only then to discover that Standard Bank decided to draw R 1 000, 00 from my account to "pay" a dormant homeloan account? (Acc Number 362560218)
I did not get an sms nor did anyone from Standard Bank contact me to let me know they were going to do this.
I was so unhappy to discover that they could take and make or break as they please without consent or notification to the client. This is not the Standard Bank way I am used to. I have in the interim opened a Capitec account and arranged to have my salary changed.
I would like my R 1 000 as well as the R 28 Transfer cost deducted back as soon as possible into my account or i will go to the Banking Ombudsman and have it resolved that way. This is!!!
