I ordered a product online that was 'Visa Approved' (the amount was R1688.22) on I/9/2013 and did not receive the goods! After endless phone calls and emails to the supplier in Utah USA miraculously I was reimbursed!! I had lodged a dispute with Card Division but that was then no longer necessary. Then on/around 4th December the supplier again charged my card for the same goods - amount R1719.55 (exchange rate difference $159) they very cleverly put the transaction date as 1/9/2013 but a different amount! This was as I did not authorise this!! I have lodged a dispute with Card Division and been told they won't do anything I must take it up with the supplier - I have tried this with no success!! I have 2 dispute numbers 66040047 on 5/12/2013 and then was given another 66489948 on 8/1/2014! The supplier is Cambogia Ultra 866-5 (that appears on my statement) but the emails I received (which I forwarded to Lebo in Disputes) were from 'Healthy Choice Labs'!! Please help to resolve this as it's a great deal of money!!
