Top Design Media - utter Disgusting Service

In the end of October 2012 we applied to have our company registered with Top Design. We chose the option of R499 (plus R99 for postage) and the time frame indicated was between 4-6 weeks to have our company registered. We sent off our documents via email and shortly thereafter sent our original documents via post. After about 5 phone calls, from myself to Ferny, was it acknowledged that they have received our documents (20th Nov)
It is now the 31st Jan 2013 and our company is still not registered. I have called and emailed countless times and still nothing has happened. Nor have i received a response to my queries and calls. The customer service is beyond appalling and will not recommend Top Media Design to anybody. I have had my fair share of bad customer service but these people take the cake.

Proudly South African Top Design? I think not..
