Money is disappearing from my account

In 2013 my "card" was used WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR MY KNOWLEDGE (I presume it was cloned as my card is ALWAYS in MY POSSESSION) to pay for transactions at a Dr De Villiers - this has happenned on more than 1 occassion between Sep and Dec 2013. I phoned the bank now and the lady who assisted me told me that they will not be refunding me the R1000 as they say it was me that did the transactions - however they cannot prove it was me -and it wasnt because I dont do business with a Dr de Villiers - all my medical bills are PAID BY MY MEDICAL AID!!! they promised a month ago via sms to get back to me as they were awaiting substantiating documents from the vendor but to date I have heard NOTHING!!
