After trying for three weeks to get a student loan application in, we are now waiting a week for some form of limits to be loaded, you have really your system, I cannot phone the branch, no response to email. no responce on, the on the help line puts me through to credit cards and not student loans, what is your story, are you all just incompetent or did standard bank get some new training manuals? by the way this was typed with one finger while waiting for a consultant to become available, All our consultants are still busy please stay on the line for the next available consultants... Next joke... Who needs this in their lifes? This will probably also never get a reply, or an answer...
