I am so dissapointed in standard bank. I have been married for three years now, I have been into my branch numerous times to enquire why my statement still shows my maiden name when all my new information has been given to them. This is creating problems for me when my new standard bank cards have to be issued. This is such an inconvience as I have to keep going back and forward to the bank and still nothing gets done *very annoyed* and to top it all the consultant throws the phone down in my hear, great service!!
