Error on statements with name

I got married 7 months ago. 6 months ago I had my ID changed, I went into my branch and met with my personal banker. I have copies of ID and Marriage Certificate. Everything was updated... However, when I get my actual current account statement it still reflects my maiden name, although it says MRS... I have emailed the past 6 months and get useless "Prestige" assistance and no one gets it right. I believe it could be a technical error as my account online shows the correct name, it is just this one statements for my current account. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME, including my, so called, Personal Banker. I have been banking with Standard Bank for about 20 years and feel it is time for change! I get told "go to the branch" but I have DONE THAT and will not do it again! You have everything - sort it out!
