The debit order on my husbands account bounce back. He phones Miway to pay cash deposit for this month cover. Janet tells him his not allowed to do a cash deposit they going to debit his account on the 18th. So tell then my husband his not covered! How does that work??? Isn't this suppose to be Miway not your way??? Then Janet says sorry and he must BORROW money to put in the account... My husband his willing pay today so his covered this month, but now his not!!! How does that work??? His a loyal customer for few years and now when he needs help, Miway just turns there back on him!!!
