I joined MiWay this month, they help me to cancel my contract with the previous insurer. When i check my bank account trasction they only deductedd prorato. I contacted MiWay to verify and they told me it was a system error from their site and that means i was not covered for this month. I am very disappointed since i thought my risk are being tranfered and taken care of. I asked the sales consultant to resolve the matter and come back to me, she never came back to me.
