Bad attitude and improper service

I Memme Elizabeth Kutumela have submitted all documents requested for the payment of my Surplus Benefit (during the second week of November 2012), was told that everything has been processed and it would take up to 2 months for everything to be processed. up to date I haven't heard anything from MIBFA, I've been travelling up and down from Soshanguve to Pretoria central where their offices are situated and on more than two occasions i have been told that they are currently off line and they won't be able to assist me. I've now resorted to making phone calls to them, I do this on on a daily basis, firstly I speak to Pamela Ngubane who is totally Short-tempered and doesn't have manners, after her disturbing harsh tone I ask for Ouma Molemorane and get told that she's busy and the best time to call is between 3pm and 4pm or that they'll call me back of which they have never done since my 15 calls to them, which is quite ridiculous. I get to quite a lot of money on these follow up's. I'm quite sure that I'm not the only one that has this problem and these people need to be brought to book.
