Horrendous service!

My home was burgled on the 10th December 2013. My payout only happened on the 16th January 2014. (Is this amount of time normal?)During which time I had to;hunt for invoices of things I bought in the UK and Portugal in 2008-2010, get quotes even though they say they will get all the quotes themselves, was told that if I don't have the invoice for an item I need so show some sort of proof that the item was in my possession. When I produce the proof of having my watch repaired they still pay only 50%. Plus the many other items that were also either NOT paid out, or again only 50%. All the time being spoken to in a very bad manner, for example: "These items will not be entertained"I had just been through a terrible experience, having criminals in my home, over the festive period, then having to be put through claiming from Woolworths Insurance. What a Nightmare. They have never come to write up what all I had in my home, but had no problem accepting my premium every month for the amount I asked to be covered for. The day I claim, I have to prove that I actually owned these items I am claiming for. Then what was I paying my home contents religiously every month for? Things I don't own??
