On Saturday the 26th January I had an appointment with a Sales consultant (Michelle Hill) who assured me my docs would be sent to the Home loan department. On Monday the 28th I called the home loans department to confirm they had in fact received the docs, which they had not. I have sent 3 subsequent emails to Michelle requesting feedback as well as a reference number for my application. I have as yet not received a response. Two voice messages were left for her through the customer care department and still nothing. On Thursday the 31st I logged a complaint with the customer care department and was assured I would be contacted by Michelle Hill with in two working days.
I find this level of service completely unacceptable, I have signed documents and trusted the sales consultant to perform her role which has clearly not been done. The lack of response has caused me to begin the search for a new banking service provider.
I am hoping that this complain will finally result in some attention being paid to my frustrations.
