I have tried to contact Standard Bank home loans department with little success. I have sent the numerous emails and have had one call concerning my problem. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered but they have been received as I have confirmation of that via my email reports. I have stopped my debit order because I can get no response to my problem which undoubtedly will wake them up. When I have spoken to the call centre they have given me a reference number but when calling again they say they do not give reference numbers so I don't know where I stand. I need to speak to someone who can help me.
