Standard bank debited my FNB account for R818 on 2 January 2014. This was supposedly an instalment on my student loan which was settled in December 2013. I then received a call from standard bank claiming that my account was in arrears. I called the contact centre, and been told that the amount will be deposited back into my account. Im still waiting. I have called the contact centre several times and visited the branch 4 or 5 times and I still have not received my money. No one seems to know where my money is or when I can expect to get it back. I have now had more than enough!!!
