No Action

It has been 6 months since I was a victim of internet. I lost a money through the process and was wrongfully accused of negligence on my part. I have reported the case to the police and submitted the case number to FNB to corporate with the police so that the can be brought to justice.
To my knowledge, nothing has been done as I did not received any feedback.
My previous posts mentioned that your funds with FNB is not secured and that are left alone to continue with their activities. My loss may well be any other customers loss.
I am asking for help from FNB but it seem like "We cannot help you" instead of "How can we help you" attitude.
