My gran reported the cell phone she bought on contract as, they have opened a case in which the police have apparently changed some of the details being the cell phone was on window sill instead of on bed. Now this store doesn't want to cover the phone after 2 months of waiting because the police put the phone down as on the window sill and said it's negligence!! It doesn't matter where in the room the phone was!! The fact is it was and the case was made now they want to pass the buck by telling my gran them they must change their statement!!! That is!!! Loss or Damage of phone is negligence!!! I'm going to pass this onto the insurance ombudsman and here what their take is on this and the show speak out! Seems ok is trying to wriggle their way out covering the phone!! Tanya 0820590108
