Letter of Demand

I'm receiving letters for my two funeral policies every month from Liberty that says I'm behind with my premiums it won't say the month that is owing and I'm paying every month I never skip my premiums and I responded to those letters and going to an extend of calling I will be told my premiums are up todate. My main concern is what if I'm no more and my family get those letter from my email and post. Office that says my policies are lapsed, definately they will give up and not claim. I tried to speak to them. asked not to send those kind of letter except there is a need they must be on point or spefic as which the month is not paid like the Old Mutual for instance. If its their way of a reminder of payment it must stated clearly. I find it irritating especially in my inbox its like a junk but my worry is I'm paying and my benefiaries will struggle I will be no more to give the facts or proof. Solution is to give us statement instant rather sending unrealistic letters. This is the second time last time I was given a wrong bank account and my money was sitted on suspence account mh bad service for large company.
