Debit Order: R49.00 Ref: D DYNAMIX REF-2445775 140201
I don't know who they are, who they work for, I called FNB to reverse this debit order and I was told to do it on my side because it was not showing on their side, it had already gone off.
This is not the first time I had to deal with these, it seems every month I have to stop an unauthorised debit. Maybe I don't understand how things work at FNB, but how do these get through??
The numbers provided don't exist, or they are disconnected. I've lost enough money because I couldn't get refunded. This is time consuming and frankly annoying, I live in fear of losing even more money every month.
Every month I lose a little respect for the bank I've trusted for over 13 years!
