Since July this year I have been assisted by Mpho Ramokopelwa a Member Respondent at your head office. A number of unauthorised debit orders went off my account this year and she each time looked into it and confirmed that I can ask my bank to reverse them as they were unauthorised. When this happenend again this month I requested a refund instead of reversing it from my side. The 15 business days have passed and I have not received my refund yet. On top of this another unauthorised debit order of the same amount went off from my account today. I do not know what to do anymore. For the last few months I have hesitated to publicly complain about this, but I am now desperate for help with this matter. Should I keep sending back debit orders? Or will you please stop the unauthorised debits from your side? As I say this has been going on for a few months now and I am extremely unhappy about it.
