I submitted a claim for items some where between the 16-24 January. I spoke to Gazelle and she advised that they are going to need proof of ownership of the laptop, i then said "it was a gift that i received in April of 2012 and i dont have the box." I gave her the IMEI number of the cell phone and case number that i received from Rosebank SAPS. Spoke to one of the consultants a day or two after and told her i canoot find anything that would prove i owned/bought the laptop, she then said "try to find anyting even if its a picture." i sent a picture to Gazelle was told they dont accept pictures. I then asked to speak to onf te the managers i spoke to Erina or Ericka who was rude and then told me i has not submitted a case number. i felt i was been made a fool, submitted a complaint of which was told it takes 7-10 working days. I sent pictures of the manual yeaterday and still havent received positive feedback!
